Booking Terms & Conditions

Full payment is required when booking. Cancellations 7 days or more before your booking receive a full refund. Cancellations made 5–6 days before your booking receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before your booking are non-refundable. Where possible, we will happily transfer your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability. No alterations can be made on the day, this afternoon tea is set and no substitutes can be made. When placing your booking you are agreeing to these terms.
