We have a large selection of plants that are pet friendly. There are some exceptions such as Lillies, Daffodils, Foxgloves, Periwinkle, Yew and Heliotriope to name a few.

All plants can be put in the shade, but most like up to 6 hours a day in the sun.

Shade loving plants are: Begonias, Hosta, Rhododendrons, Bamboo and Hellebours

In terms of which plants are best, this includes any climber - examples are Clematis, Honeysuckle and Ivy

Yes we do! The whole Silica Lodge site is dog friendly.

Except inside the Four Seasons Coffee Shop. We do have a dog friendly cafe area close by in the Garden Centre, offering the same menu and service!
