We offer different delivery services based on the contents of your basket, please note that if a delivery service is not offered to you at checkout, it will be due to your basket contents or delivery address. This could be failing to meet the minimum spend requirements, an address exceeding our local or extended delivery radius or a product that is exempt from these services being present in your basket. Local Delivery: (>3mi radius)
Requirements:
£30 minimum spend (£12 shipping charge)
£40 minimum spend (Free Shipping)
Delivery Address within our 3 mile radius.
We offer local a delivery service on our orders that reach the minimum spend of £30.00, this will be free on all orders exceeding £40. This excludes selected products.
This service is only available up to a 3 mile radius.
We deliver Locally between the hours of 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week.
Delivery of large items are to the kerbside. Larger items will be delivered on a pallet, It will be down to you to dispose of all packing materials on delivery.
Extended Delivery: (3-10mi radius)
Requirements:
£40 minimum spend (£12 shipping charge)
Delivery Address exceeding 3 mile radius but within 10 mile radius.
3-10 mile orders will require a £40 minimum spend and will be charged at a flat £12 additional delivery fee.
We deliver Locally between the hours of 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week.

Collection: Silica Lodge Garden Centre

The option to collect will be available with every order free of charge. There is no minimum spend to be met for collection. Please allow up to 24hrs for us to source and pack your order before coming to the store to collect.
When coming to collect your order, please tell a member of staff at the main tills that you have come for a collection. Keep the confirmation email on hand with your order number, this may be required for us to process your order.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift voucher products are not included for our local or extended delivery services and have a separate surcharge of £3.30 for shipping. We use Royal Mail as our shipping courier and ship anywhere in the UK. These products will arrive enveloped. Please allow 2-4 business days for the packing, shipping and arrival process, we aim to ship all gift vouchers within 24 hours.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the address you enter and the contents of your basket.
