Santa’s Grotto at Silica Lodge Garden Centre 

Booking information & Terms & Conditions 

When purchasing online grotto tickets you must accept the booking conditions at checkout.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

There is a maximum of 4 families available per 30 minute time slot. 

Santa’s Grotto is a walk around event for you and your family, we do not have the train running in our grotto this year. We have amazing displays to walk through with a memorable visit to see Santa and Mrs Claus before choosing a present from Santa's Toy shop. 

*We will be operating a booking service for the main grotto for all opening times. We will post on social media any walk in slots that are available each day that the Grotto is open. We reserve the right to amend this in the future. 

All ages of children are to purchase a ticket, when entering the grotto.

*Please arrive at the start time your allocated time slot, you will not be able to access the grotto if you arrive late and refunds will not be made for this. We will endeavour to fit you in on a later slot if there is suitable availability. 

*Maximum allocated time in with Santa is 5 minutes per family.

*Refunds will only be given if we must close the Grotto or Garden Centre due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Tea with the Elves

The doors open at 4:30pm.

We expect the party to last upto 2 hours. This time includes your walkaround the Grotto and visit to see Santa.

Terms and Conditions for Pre-Booked Events

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.
  2. Refunds and Cancellations:

    • Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 5 days before the event will receive a full refund unless otherwise stated in the event description.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
    • Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled due to insufficient ticket sales or other unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
  3. Minimum Attendance Requirement

    • The event requires a minimum number of attendees to proceed. If this number is not met, the event may be cancelled. In such cases, all ticket holders will be notified and refunded in full.
  4. Changes to the Event:

    • The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event details, including date, time, and venue. Attendees will be notified of any changes in advance.
  5. Liability:

    • The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
