• Main Responsibilities

    • Support the team with preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch items
    • Assist in preparing, making and cooking meals
    • Prepare ingredients (e.g. chopping veg, portioning meats, making sauces)
    • Plate meals attractively with garnishes and accompaniments
    • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
    • Help with kitchen cleaning
    • Rotate stock and help with deliveries
    • Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
  • Ideal Candidate

    • Comfortable with basic cooking tasks and working around hot food
    • Kitchen or catering experience is preferred
    • Enjoys cooking and takes pride in food presentation
    • Team player who’s reliable, hard-working, and adaptable
    • Calm under pressure and able to follow instructions closely
    • A Level 2 food hygiene certificate is essential, Level 3 desirable
  • Working Environment

    Schedule: Part-time or full-time, (including weekends and holidays). The business is open 7days a week, shifts are not fixed and will range between 8am and 5pm. Whilst evening work is not required, there may be occasions for events that some evening work is required.
