Main Responsibilities
- Support the team with preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch items
- Assist in preparing, making and cooking meals
- Prepare ingredients (e.g. chopping veg, portioning meats, making sauces)
- Plate meals attractively with garnishes and accompaniments
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Help with kitchen cleaning
- Rotate stock and help with deliveries
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service

Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable with basic cooking tasks and working around hot food
- Kitchen or catering experience is preferred
- Enjoys cooking and takes pride in food presentation
- Team player who’s reliable, hard-working, and adaptable
- Calm under pressure and able to follow instructions closely
- A Level 2 food hygiene certificate is essential, Level 3 desirable

Working Environment
Schedule: Part-time or full-time, (including weekends and holidays). The business is open 7days a week, shifts are not fixed and will range between 8am and 5pm. Whilst evening work is not required, there may be occasions for events that some evening work is required.
